Stomping Ground Throwdown Championship Battle

Join us at Stomping Ground this Fall for the annual SG Throwdown! Watch as local improv teams go head to head and battle it out to crown an all-around improv champion. Two improv teams compete each night and the audience will crown the ultimate winner; so come support your favorite improvisers!

Throwdown is a tournament and performances are as follows:

WILD CARD ROUND:

• August 16 at 7:30 pm: Karaoke Night vs The Lounge
• August 22 at 7:30 pm: GLADYS! vs I’m Not Attached To It

ROUND 1:

• August 23 at 7:30 pm: August 16 Karaoke Night vs Revolusical
• August 29 at 7:30 pm: Just a Burger vs The Drawing Room
• August 30 at 7:30 pm: Bag of Dad vs Manic Pixie Dream Show
• September 5 at 7:30 pm: I’m Not Attached To It vs The Canadian Mid-Life Missel Crisis

ROUND 2:

• September 6 at 7:30 pm: Karaoke Night vs The Drawing Room
• September 12 at 7:30 pm: Bag of Dad vs I’m Not Attached to It

FINAL:

• September 13 at 7:30 pm: The Drawing Room vs September 12 Winner

Rated M for Mature. Ticket prices are $10 (plus fees) in advance and $14 at the door. Stomping Ground is BYOB. Alcoholic beverages are allowed for all attendees over 21 years old; patrons are asked to enjoy them responsibly.
