This event is for Alzheimer's/Dementia family caregivers and their loved ones to have the opportunity to introduce a playful dynamic in their relationship while also gaining mindfulness and communication skills!
This workshop is fun, engaging, therapeutic, and led by a psychotherapist and a professional comedian.
Uncertainty can lead to an organic need to live in the moment and be present. This workshop aims to teach the therapeutic and scientific benefits of mindfulness and how to embed mindfulness skills into your daily life to help you feel lighter and more joyful.

All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable but enrollment can be deferred to a future term. All students must adhere to policies in the Stomping Ground Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older to enroll, unless otherwise stated.
