Students will dive deeper into the writing and performance processes learned in Level 1 refining previous material and creating longer, polished sets. The class will also expand students’ knowledge of how to take the first steps out into the local comedy scene and beyond. As part of this process, students will produce and promote their own showcase on the Stomping Ground stage. Students in this class will also have the opportunity to receive complimentary basic headshots and guidance on creating promotional materials for their work. The class will also feature guest instructors from the DFW Comedy community to help give a variety of perspectives on the business and help students refine their sets.

*If a student with performance experience would like to join this class, they may submit a 5 minute video to email@example.com and instructors will place them in the appropriate standup class.
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable but enrollment can be deferred to a future term. All students must adhere to policies in the Stomping Ground Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older.
Notice: Class size will be restricted to 10 or lower; additional sections of class will be made available if necessary to reduce class sizes. All precautions will be made to ensure safety of instructors and students. In the event that the start of term must be postponed due to COVID-19 related issues, registered students will be notified in a timely manner and secured a spot in the upcoming term.
