Stomping Ground Comedy is committed to ethical, respectful, and professional care. If you have questions or concerns related specifically to licensed services, you may contact the appropriate oversight body.

The Council oversees licensed behavioral health professionals in Texas.

Some Stomping Ground Comedy programs include psychoeducational services provided by a licensed mental health professionals. These services are educational in nature and are not psychotherapy or clinical treatment.

Because of this, Stomping Ground Comedy does not maintain traditional medical or therapy records. However, participants may request program-related documentation, such as:

  • A summary of psychoeducational topics covered
  • Learning objectives or skills taught
  • Dates of participation in a psychoeducational program

How to request program records:

  • Subject line: Program Records Request
  • Please include your full name, the program you participated in, and the dates of participation

Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and record-keeping requirements.

Filing a Consumer Complaint

If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Texas Office of the Attorney General.

This process is available to all consumers who have worked with licensed mental health therapists and is independent of Stomping Ground Comedy.

About Our Approach

Stomping Ground Comedy primarily offers improv-based education, training, and creative experiences.

Some programs may include psychoeducation delivered by a licensed professional, but Stomping Ground Comedy is not a medical facility and does not provide psychotherapy unless explicitly stated for a specific program.
