Two main ingredients to becoming a seasoned improviser are reps and working with experienced coaches and instructors! In this four week, advanced skills class, students will receive direct feedback from Lindsay Goldapp, master teacher, director, and Artistic Director of Stomping Ground Comedy Theater. Students will have the opportunity to perform scenes and long form pieces with specific feedback focused on identifying and breaking habits while building on their strengths. Enrollment in this class is purposely capped at 10 students to allow for more direct feedback and to ensure students will have ample stage time. The prerequisite for this class is Level Five Improv at Stomping Ground Comedy Theater.

About the Instructor:
Lindsay Goldapp is the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Stomping Ground Comedy Theater. LIndsay holds a B.S. in Acting/Directing from Texas A&M University-Commerce where she is also a Theatre Alumni Ambassador. Lindsay is a 2009 graduate of Chicago’s Second City Improv Conservatory and has over 20 years of experience performing and teaching improv, sketch writing, applied improv, and musical improv all over the U.S. and in the U.K. Lindsay currently teaches Sketch Comedy Writing, Improv, Youth Improv, Improv for Work, and Improv for Life classes for SG and teaches improv at Booker T Washington School for the Performing and Visual Arts in Dallas.
This is a four-week recurring course held Wednesdays, 7-9:30pm starting Wednesday, November 8th. This class skips 11/22 for Thanksgiving break. The instructor is Lindsay Goldapp. All sales are final. Listed price of class does not include Eventbrite’s service fee (3.7% + $1.79) and payment processing fee (2.9%) which will be added to the total price at checkout. Classes are non-refundable.
