The Playground Open Mic

The Playground, hosted by Paulos Feerow, David Parsons, and Charlotte Parker is a place for comedians to try out new material, work old bits, and to hang with other funny people.

Audiences can come to hear the new material of their favorite local comedian and give them real-time feedback with their laughter or they see who’s up and coming in the DFW stand-up comedy scene. Just show up and have fun! You can also attend the Playground show prior to the mic at 9 pm for $12.

This mic has 3-minute slots and to be considered comedians can email david@stompinggroundcomedy.org. Must email in advance.

Rated M for Mature/18+. Stomping Ground is BYOB.

Stomping Ground follows current CDC guidelines regarding mask-wearing. Social distancing should be practiced and the theatre and common areas will be sanitized prior to each show. Alcoholic beverages are allowed for all attendees over 21 years old; patrons are asked to enjoy them responsibly.
