Duo-prov, or two person improv, can be the most profound, intimate, and challenging improvisation you’ll ever experience, as well as the most rewarding! Whether a twenty minute two person monoscene, a two person musical narrative, or a fast paced montage sharing and creating many characters, Duoprov can broaden and deepen your improv like nothing else!
In this two hour drop-in workshop, students will get a chance to mix and match, playing with different improvisers in some fun and fast paced games and scenic exercises. Students will quickly get to know each other’s styles of play and scene work performing simultaneously throughout the space. There is no prerequisite for this workshop though experience with long form scene work is recommended. This workshop is intended for individual participants; registration is required and spots are limited.
