Level Five Improv: Performing the Show

Learn how to work as a team to create an engaging and captivating show!

The capstone of the improv program at Stomping Ground Comedy Theater, students will build upon the knowledge and skills from previous levels as they do a deep dive on a specific improv format and the skills needed to perform it in a month-long run of shows on the SG mainstage.  This course will also help students identify their improv habits and provide them personal challenges to break those habits. The prerequisite for this class is completion of Level Three and Four Improv* at Stomping Ground Comedy Theater.

*No advanced placement is available for this class for students with equivalent training from another theater, program, or training center.

  • Expanding Characters in La Ronde
  • Using Entrances & Exits in Monoscene
  • Creating Connecting Worlds in Close Quarters
  • Additional Advanced Formats
  • Individual Feedback for Performers
  • Rehearsing and Performing the Show

All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable but enrollment can be deferred to a future term. All students must adhere to policies in the Stomping Ground Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older to enroll, unless otherwise stated.
