In this workshop, students will learn to make initiations and the beginning of their scenes more believable to an audience and focus on the emotional relationship in a scene.

Jeremy has worked as a data scientist for over five years. After not making his college improv team, he moved to Dallas and completed the long-form improv classes at Dallas Comedy House. He has attended the Improv Retreat twice and taken workshops or classes with Tara DeFrancisco, Rance Rizzuto, Jill Bernard, T.J. Mannix, and Leslie Collins.
Jeremy has performed improv locally with Incoherent Scream, Rodgers & Hammertime, Sing No Evil, Friends to Death, Mac ‘n’ Cheese, and The Big Schlep.
This is a one-time workshop held on May 28 from 6-9 pm and taught by Jeremy Duchin. All sales are final and classes are non-refundable. Training is not affiliated with the Stomping Ground Comedy Training Center. All participants must adhere to policies in the Stomping Ground Comedy Handbook.
