Goal-Setting & Vision Board Workshop

In this one-time workshop, students will be led through the creation of their own Vision Board for 2023. The workshop will be taught by Andrea Kyprianou Baum M.Ed., LPC and instructor Kristal Milazzo. Supplies are included.

This workshop will focus on:

• Improv for Life exercises to foster a creative and focused mindset
• Connecting with your authentic self
• Exploring your emotional temperature for areas of personal growth and fulfillment
• Creating and setting your 2023 goals
• Vision Board Creation

This is a 2.5 hr workshop on January 14 from 4:30 pm- 7 pm. All sales are final. Supplies are included. Classes are non-refundable but enrollment can be deferred to a future class. All students must adhere to policies in the Stomping Ground Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older.
