Musical Improv Level One: Introduction to Songprov!

Learn how to create sweet, sweet songs and scenes on stage!

In this seven week course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of song structure, how to create fun and catchy choruses that will get the audience singing along with you and verses with a point of view that really mean something! You’ll learn how to create big characters who sing their emotion at a 10, learn to move with the music, support the scene, and make every song a big musical number. And then you’ll show it all off in a Musical Armando for your showcase! Whether you have musical improv experience or just love to sing, this class will give you what you need to be a songprov rock star! All skill levels are welcome!

  • Long Form: Musical Armando

This is a 7 week recurring in-person course held Tuesdays 7-9:30pm starting Tuesday, March 5th. The instructors are Lynsey Hale and Greg Mihalik. All sales are final. Listed price of class does not include Eventbrite’s service fee (3.7% + $1.79) and payment processing fee (2.9%) which will be added to the total price at checkout. Classes are non-refundable but enrollment may be deferred to a future class with TCD approval. All students must adhere to policies in the Stomping Ground Student Handbook. Must be 18 years or older.
